Fulfillment Associate (Part Time)
Our East Coast fulfillment center packages orders for our brand, Good Molecules: we are in the process of relocating to a new, larger warehouse in Marlton, NJ and are excited to grow our team! The idea behind Good Molecules is simple: skincare that works at a fair price. Founded by a team of beauty industry veterans, Good Molecules creates skincare solutions with best-in-class ingredients, backed by research and formulated for effectiveness.
Fulfillment Associates are responsible for all of the processes that ensure our customers quickly receive a perfectly fulfilled and beautifully packaged order. We pride ourselves on a reputation of fast and personalized service with every single order.
Fulfillment Associate responsibilities include...
- Accurately picking items from inventory
- Inspecting every order before shipment
- Carefully packaging orders for shipment
- Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials
- Meeting hourly and daily goals for accuracy and efficiency
- Contributing to keeping the fulfillment center organized, clean, and safe

Requirements:
- Must be able to work 9am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center is hiring for Part Time (24 hrs/wk) positions. Fulfillment Associates start at $16.00 per hour and are eligible for annual raises.
