Inventory Associate

Our East Coast fulfillment center packages orders for our brand, Good Molecules: we are in the process of relocating to a new, larger warehouse in Marlton, NJ and are excited to grow our team! The idea behind Good Molecules is simple: skincare that works at a fair price. Inventory Associates are responsible for all of the processes that ensure our inbound shipments are received accurately, inventory transfers are processed efficiently, and our backstock is well-organized and maintained. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, is enthusiastic about keeping things organizes, is reliable and process-oriented, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Inventory Associate responsibilities include...

• Maintain working knowledge of stocked brands and products
• Track and correctly document inbound inventory shipments
• Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory
• Assess and document any discrepancies or damages
• Maintain and update inventory and SKU data
• Consistently restock products to pick bins as needed
• Prep and palletize outbound inventory transfers
• Participate in regular cycle counts to audit inventory
• Participate in maintenance and organization of inventory

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri; some overtime may be available/required
• Previous experience using a stand-up forklift desired
• Familiarity using Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Our Marlton, NJ fulfillment center is hiring for Full Time (40 hrs/wk) positions. Inventory Associates start at $17.00 per hour and are eligible for annual raises.
